1. Time Limit for Maintenance

Zhixin Company provides one-year free maintenance.

The maintenance date starts from your purchase (as shown by receipt), but the longest cannot surpass

two months of manufacture date; manufacture date is marked on the label on the right flank of the

computer case. Zhixin Company

reminds you to check the date when purchase, if discover any question, please contact Zhixin service center.

Note: after enjoying the maintenance or replacement service, the maintenance time limit certainly cannot be lengthened, but

customer may obtain "Duty Guarantee for Repairs¡±.

2. Maintenance Certificate

Invoice and warranty card are needed.

3. Terms of Service

The service terms that we can provide for you are ¡°telephone technical support service¡±, ¡°return repair service¡±,

¡°accessory service" and "door to service", and you may select one that is suitable for you to enjoy the service.

No matter what kind of question you have, please feel free to dial Zhixin Company¡¯s service hot line 0086-13991159925.

Zhixin Company provides lifelong ¡°telephone technical support service" for all customers; "telephone technical support

service" hot line number is 0086-13991159925.

You may also directly post the failed parts to Zhixin company¡¯s each service center for repair, Zhixin service center is

responsible for explaining the regulations of return repair service; If you need to contact the service center, please dial

Zhixin company's service telephone. If customer knows the exact address of company service center, then may directly

choose return repair service.

Zhixin posts the spare parts for you to solve the urgent matter - accessory service.

"Accessory service" means when there is something wrong with the system, Zhixin Company firstly sends

you a normal part for replacement, and then takes back the failed parts.

All the systems are allowed to enjoy this service in free warranty period. Please call Zhixin Company for repairs when you

need this service.
Note:
Zhixin Company hopes you can return the failed part in seven days,

if you want to keep it for commemoration, you should purchase it from Zhixin Company.

If you need the door to service, please dial service hot line for repairs, engineer will make

arrangement for you after the analysis.

If you purchase the door to service in advance when purchasing the product, then you might enjoy the door to service

provided by Zhixin Company. If need urgent door to service, you can purchase it from Zhixin customer service center.

Door to service will be implemented by authorized engineer from Zhixin.

Statements:

Zhixin Company is unable to provide free door to service for the physical damage, hope you can understand.

For the extremely remote districts (mountain, peak, island, forest and so on) the customer needs to provide the

transportation assistance, and probably the service may be delayed.

Even if purchased in advance the door to service, if needed urgent or working overtime the

customer still need to pay the service cost according to abovementioned way.

For the protection of intellectual property rights, if engineer discoveries that the

customer secretly opened the host computer, we will be unable to provide the service.

In order that other customers may also enjoy the prompt service, please assist to shorten

the waiting time that caused by the inability to enter the scene and the time after repairs as well,

if the customer needs more than 2 hours¡¯ wait to take care of things, customer should pay the cost.

Cautions:

  1. "The physical damage" is not in the free service.

  2. For the replacement part that Zhixin service center provided to customer, we only guarantee its function,

    but is unable to guarantee the outward appearance is brand-new.

  3. The spare parts replacement certainly does not influence the entire machine¡¯s warranty period.

  4. If customer purchases spare parts with complete funds, then these spare parts independently enjoy the new

    complete warranty period, no matter it is new or old.

  5. The replaced parts should be returned back to Zhixin Company, if customer wants to keep them for commemoration,

    should purchase them from Zhixin Company.

4. Physical Damages

Following situations belong to "physical damages"; please remember that Zhixin Company is unable to provide free

maintenance for physical damages, even if in the warranty period:

  1. Power supply system is in trouble, the earth is not good and the breakdown caused by lightning;

  2. Breakdown obviously caused by usage or maintenance, like liquid pours into, external force extrusion, injury,

    mildew, corrosion and so on;
  3. The material¡¯s (for example, outer covering, inserts part) natural consumption, abrasion and aging;

  4. The product was once reequipped, for example the hole drill, the overhead wire, three-defense paint and so on;

  5. The product has complete or partial deletion (for example computer case key, compact disc, extension wiring cable,

    radiator fin, screw and so on).

5. Statements

Except the responsibility and the duty stipulated by Chinese law and rule, Zhixin company

states that we are unable to undertake the responsibility for the following situations, if has objection,

please immediately contact Zhixin Company:

  1. Any joint and severe liabilities caused by product breakdown, such as loss, personnel casualty

    and data missing which was caused by the storage device breakdown and etc;

  2. Service delay because of the natural disaster, the war and the government¡¯s urgent limits;

  3. Loss caused by the software breakdown (for example virus and so on);

  4. Loss brought by the password/password loss.

  5. Because it is unable to master the misunderstanding possibly produced in the telephone communication,

    so Zhixin Company is unable to take responsibility for any consequence produced in

    the telephone technical support service.

Special Reminds:

Zhixin Company recommends customer to purchase spare parts.

6. Return Repairs

Zhixin Company provides a certain time "Return Repairs" guarantee services in order that custome

r can enjoy the perfect product service.

After the return repairs service in three months, if the product still has the similar problem which

does not belong to the physical damage, Zhixin service center will provide free return repairs service again;

In a month after accessory repairs, if the accessory still has the similar problem which does

not belong to the physical damage, Zhixin company will provides the same free service;

After door to service in a week, if the product still has the similar problem that

does not belong to the physical damage, Zhixin Company will provide free door to service once more.

7. on Complaints

Zhixin Company¡¯s customer service center is responsible for accepting all suits from customers,

at the appointed time please dial Zhixin Company¡¯s hot line, stating "the suit" then.

Zhixin Company feels extremely regret and sympathy to your bitter experience,

and sincerely thank your suit; your suit is the greatest care for Zhixin Company and the

best suggestion for us to improve the work!
